→ Five outcomes

What changes when we work together.

No six-figure transformations. No funding ecosystem. Just the durable work that makes money predictable — and a team that isn't awake at 11 PM the night before a deadline.

01

Stop chasing weak-fit funding.

Every prospect scored against your mandate and capacity before a word is written. Fewer applications. Higher hit rate. A team that isn't exhausted by the end of Q2.

02

Build a funding pipeline your team can actually manage.

A rolling 12-month calendar mapped to your fiscal year, your program cycles, and your staff's real bandwidth — not an aspirational spreadsheet that rots by March.

03

Get a strong application out before the deadline breaks you.

We embed with your program lead and carry the work across the line. No 2 AM red-eye drafts. No rushed logic models. No missed submission windows.

04

Turn good projects into fundable cases.

We translate program language into funder language — theory of change, evaluation framework, equity lens — without flattening what makes your work matter to the people it serves.

05

Build internal capacity without adding headcount.

Coaching and training for EDs who can't justify a full-time hire but can't keep doing this on evenings and weekends. We build the skills so your team can sustain it.

A six-week start. Then a rhythm.

W01

Fit call

45 minutes. We hear about your org, your mandate, and what's not working. If we're not the right match, we say so.

W02–03

Portfolio audit

Map your past applications, hit rate, and funder mix. Spot the gap between where money is and where you have been looking.

W04–05

Pipeline build

A 12-month calendar with owners, milestones, and capacity math — built with your program leads, not for them.

W06+

Writing & rhythm

We embed on the first applications, then hand the rhythm back. Ongoing retainer if you want the expert on call.

→ Engagements

— Who we are

Meet the experts behind $120M in funding success — and the story that started it all.

Grant Wizard was born from something deeply personal. When our founder discovered that their retired parents' beloved line dancing program lost funding, they dug into the application. Even though the call for proposals had already closed, one thing became clear: the program hadn't failed because it wasn't valuable — it failed because the application didn't tell the story funders needed to hear.

Refusing to let the community lose something so meaningful, our founder found alternative funding — and the program lived on. That's when the mission became clear: no organization doing great work should lose out on funding just because of complex rules, confusing systems, or missed details.

Today, that same spirit drives our team of subject matter experts. On large research grants we bring in master's and PhD candidates working in your field to shape the technical direction and review the final submission. We combine that depth with modern methods and compliance mastery to deliver results that matter.

With over $120M secured to date, we help organizations cut through the noise, win the funding they deserve, and keep their missions alive.
