Cookie Policy — GrantWizard

Short version. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no marketing pixels, and does no cross-site tracking. The only cookies involved are the ones Cloudflare needs to keep the site up and to tell a person from a bot on our forms. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files a website places on your device. They can besession cookies, deleted when you close your browser, orpersistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you clear them.

2. What This Site Uses

Strictly necessary

Set by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site. These support security, bot mitigation, and load management. They do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.

Cloudflare Turnstile — used on our contact and callback forms to distinguish humans from automated submissions. It sets a token tied to the challenge, not to you as an individual, and it exists so our forms are not overwhelmed by spam.
Cloudflare network and security cookies — used to route requests and identify abusive traffic.

These are necessary for the site to work. Blocking them may prevent our forms from submitting.

Third-party, only if you choose to use it

If you click through to book a call, Calendly may set its own cookies on its own domain, governed by its cookie and privacy policies. That only happens if you follow that link.

3. What This Site Does Not Use

No advertising or retargeting cookies;
No social media tracking pixels;
No cross-site behavioural profiling;
No selling or sharing of browsing data.

4. Managing Cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies through its settings. Because this site uses only strictly necessary cookies, blocking them will not remove advertising you would otherwise see — there is none — but it may stop our forms from working.

5. Availability

GrantWizard serves organizations located in Canada, in relation to Canadian funding programs. The site is not directed to users in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.

6. Changes

If we add anything beyond strictly necessary cookies — analytics, for example — we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
